Responsibilities:
  • Lead Culinary Operations: Supervise all kitchen activities, ensuring consistent food quality and adherence to established recipes.
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Oversee guest interactions, promptly address concerns, and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for every patron.
  • Manage Team Performance: Train, motivate, and schedule kitchen staff to meet operational demands effectively.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in food service management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
