Job Overview
The Business Development Representative at 4D Vision Gym will drive the growth of our digital product line by selling cutting-edge programs to businesses and direct consumers. This role involves developing relationships with Optometrists, Educators, Occupational Therapists, and Athletic Trainers to incorporate our programs into their practices. On the D2C side, you'll engage with parents of children with learning difficulties and individuals seeking to rehabilitate their visual systems.
We're looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who is passionate about healthcare innovation and ready to make a significant impact in the B2B and D2C spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within the Optometry, Education, Occupational Therapy, and Athletic Training sectors.
- Present and sell our visual development, sports vision training, and brain injury rehabilitation programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct daily face-to-face appointments, servicing existing customers Monday through Friday.
- Increase revenue by developing existing accounts and consistently cold-calling for new prospects.
- Closing sales and ensuring proper follow-up to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Network and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, partnering with accounts to drive success.
- Work closely with the CEO, Operations Manager, and Vision Therapy Director to ensure sales alignment with business strategy.
- Train prospective clients on the use and benefits of our programs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets.
- Utilize social media to expand D2C outreach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors, maintaining a competitive edge.
- Analyze sales data to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in Optometry or Education preferred).
- B2B and/or D2C sales experience, preferably in healthcare, education, or sports industries.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with minimal supervision.
- A passion for independent learning and a commitment to personal growth.
- Demonstrated success in developing business relationships and driving results.
- Familiarity with visual development, sports vision, or rehabilitation programs is a plus.
- Reliable transportation required.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
