Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Transformational Sales Leader to join our team. As a member of our coaching and training model, you'll work closely with executives, business owners, and sales teams to improve their strategies, processes, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Client Success: You'll be responsible for ensuring that clients achieve their revenue and growth goals, providing actionable insights and recommendations to help them structure teams, optimize sales processes, and adopt emerging technologies like AI.
  • Travel and Workshops: Travel to facilitate workshops and provide on-site consultations for clients, ensuring strategic alignment and execution of client goals.
Requirements:
  • Held a leadership position and has experience consulting c-suite executives.
  • Understands the complexities of running an organization and knows how to help a CEO/organizational leaders navigate change successfully.
