Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Lawn Doctor Mason-West Chester. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing tailored solutions for our clients.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and driven individual to join a growing company with a strong vision for success. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identifying and prospecting potential residential and commercial customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conducting onsite visits to assess lawns, understand customer requirements, and provide customized proposals for both residential and commercial properties.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients.
- P Presenting and promoting our lawn fertilization services, highlighting benefits and addressing customer needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in lawn care, landscaping, or related industries.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in commercial sales a plus.
- Experience in conducting onsite proposals or similar client-facing assessments.
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
