The Newton Agency - Allstate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As a Personal Lines Producer, you will be responsible for growing our book of business through new client sales and maintaining profitable relationships with existing clients.

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus commissions, bonus opportunities, and a 401K plan. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills as a self-starter.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying and developing personal insurance opportunities with new clients, cross-selling existing clients, and following up on leads from various sources. You must be comfortable interacting with new people in person and over the telephone, and possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

A successful candidate will be able to create relationships from a cold start, maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, and demonstrate effective organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
