About the Role

The Regional Director is a key leadership position within Acadia Healthcare's CTC Group Franklin, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outpatient addiction recovery centers in Kentucky and Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise clinic directors and operations staff to ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee regional financial performance, achieving budget goals and ensuring successful business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, payer and referral source satisfaction, and physical plant improvements.
  • Direct the organization development and training of clinic staff, adhering to company standards of conduct and Opioid Treatment Program Division operating policies and procedures.
  • Implement and manage Corporate HR systems, providing supervision to clinic department heads and other personnel as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with national accreditation, governmental regulations, and clinic operating licenses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral healthcare, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree/MBA preferred.
  • Three years' experience in healthcare multi-site management/oversight.
  • Proficiency in Profit and Loss (P&L) management, including oversight, management, and maintenance of facility budgets.
  • Tangible experience in fiscal planning.
  • Business Development experience highly preferred.
  • Direct clinical experience working with narcotic addicted patients preferred.
  • Ability to provide leadership in team environments.
  • Ability to travel and work evenings as necessary.
