General Manager

As a General Manager at Playa Bowls, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and budgeting
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and safety

Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or hospitality environment

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

What You'll Bring:

- Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services

- Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
