General Manager

Domino's Franchise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage store operations, including inventory control, labor costs, and customer service.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer loyalty.
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurants, preferably in a pizza niche.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and store performance.
- Valid driver's license, registration, and liability insurance, as well as reliable transportation.
