About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence. As a therapist, you'll play a critical role in providing compassionate care and promoting healing and recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in their recovery journey.
  • Develop and implement trauma-informed treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions and progress.
  • Stay current on relevant training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensed clinical counselor or social worker (LCSW) or Master's level education in social work, counseling, or mental health field working towards licensure.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with sexual assault victims/survivors, domestic violence, and IPSV dynamics, child and human development, and how abuse impacts that.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $30.93 per hour, plus benefits including paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
