About the Role

The Support Staff Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school's administrative and business offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our Principal and other staff members, while maintaining accurate records and databases.

Responsibilities
  • Administer various programs, manage resources, and allocate budget
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, education)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Compensation and Benefits
