Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Senior Information Resources Associate to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, you will:
  • Collaborate with global consulting professionals on diverse research initiatives utilizing information tools and proprietary databases to support client projects and business development efforts.
  • Deliver prompt solutions and comprehensive research, including current awareness services, competitive intelligence, and specialized research to assist consulting staff.
  • Engage with colleagues from various regions to enhance our global research capabilities through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Educate consulting staff on research methodologies and provide training on end-user products.
  • Contribute to the marketing and development of information services for staff worldwide.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • An advanced degree in information/library science from an accredited institution or an MBA in business or economics; an undergraduate degree in economics or finance is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate or legal research setting, providing business and financial information.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience conducting legal research using platforms such as PACER, Westlaw, Lexis, and Bloomberg Law, with a solid understanding of the US legal system.
  • Familiarity with database services like Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, FactSet, and LSEG Data & Analytics.
  • Experience in searching academic and news databases such as Factiva, EconLit, Proquest, Business Source Corporate, and Heinonline.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, along with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Securities Finance industry is a plus.
  • The capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Work Schedule
The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday, with a minimum of three days in-person attendance required, and additional hours as necessary to meet project deadlines.
