Key Responsibilities
  • Provide indirect clerical services, including basic typing, filing, and retrieving records, to support the efficient delivery of services.
  • Prioritize and conduct work submitted by the Director of Rehab, ensuring timely completion and compliance with deadlines.
  • Serve as a receptionist for the Rehab office, delivering messages promptly and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as typing general bulletins and memos, filling out employee key cards, and maintaining program rosters.
  • Coordinate the requisition of items for Rehabilitation Services, including marketable products, equipment, and office supplies.
  • Submit orders and maintain credit card bills and invoices, ensuring timely submission to the business office.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software and equipment.
