Client Engagement Specialist

In a role that operates under general guidance, the primary focus is to ensure that clients derive optimal value from our offerings, fostering a constructive and enduring partnership, whether it be client-wide or centered on specific services.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantees adherence to contract requirements and addresses client inquiries to enhance satisfaction, under oversight.
- Collaborates with colleagues to cultivate and sustain effective business relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs as their primary contact, potentially with a focus on particular products or services.
- Conducts thorough reviews to confirm that deliverables align with client specifications, ensuring both timeliness and quality.
- Works alongside account managers and clients to maximize the value derived from our products and services by elucidating and broadening the use of current deliverables while identifying revenue prospects within the existing client base.
- Maintains robust internal communication with sales and client service teams to keep all parties informed about client-related activities.
- Tracks performance against existing service agreements and ensures compliance with client obligations.
- Investigates, analyzes, and addresses client inquiries that necessitate a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business sector and therapeutic market.
- May facilitate training sessions on products/services and processes for clients and other team members.
- May lead service meetings at client locations.
- Acts as a representative on external client projects.
- May mentor and guide other client service representatives and stand in for the manager when necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Four (4) years of relevant experience Required
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Client Service Representative Required
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures relevant to client service representation Required
- Extensive understanding of our products and the pharmaceutical sector Required
- Experience in facilitating meetings, presentations, and training Required
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Excel
- Effective communication skills across various organizational levels (both written and verbal) and the ability to manage large transactional databases
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and strong customer service abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain relationships in a diverse business landscape
- Willingness to travel to client sites and corporate offices as necessary

The potential base pay range for this position, when annualized, is $61,000 to $101,000. The actual base pay offered may vary based on various factors, including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Depending on the position, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be available, alongside a range of health and welfare benefits.
