In a role characterized by broad oversight, the primary focus is to ensure that clients derive optimal value from our offerings, fostering a positive and productive long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantees adherence to contract specifications and responds to client inquiries to enhance satisfaction, under guidance.
  • Collaborates with team members to cultivate and sustain effective business relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs as their primary contact, potentially centered on a specific product or service.
  • Verifies that the product deliverables align with client specifications, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Works alongside account managers and clients to maximize the value of our products and services by elucidating and expanding the use of current deliverables and identifying potential revenue streams within existing accounts.
  • Maintains robust internal communication with sales and client service teams to keep all parties informed about client activities.
  • Monitors performance against existing service agreements and ensures that client obligations are fulfilled.
  • Conducts research and analysis to respond to client inquiries that necessitate a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business line and therapeutic market.
  • May facilitate product/service training sessions for clients and other team members.
  • May lead service meetings at client locations.
  • Represents the organization on external client projects.
  • May mentor and guide other client service representatives and act in the manager's stead when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Four (4) years of relevant work experience Required
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Client Service Representative Required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the concepts, practices, and procedures in the client service representative field Required
  • In-depth understanding of our products and the pharmaceutical sector Required
  • Experience in meeting facilitation, presentations, and training Required
  • Proficiency in PC applications, particularly Excel
  • Effective communication skills across various organizational levels (both written and oral) and the ability to manage large transactional databases
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and strong customer service abilities
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and corporate offices as necessary

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $61,000 to $101,000. The actual base pay offered may vary based on various factors, including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Depending on the position, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, alongside a range of health and welfare benefits.
