Overview:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures while striving to exceed personal sales targets.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all forms of communication, fostering a collaborative environment with customers and team members.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Salt Life products, including specifications and features, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Adapt to the dynamic store environment, responding to changes in policies, new product introductions, and customer needs.
  • Build authentic relationships with customers by welcoming them warmly and providing tailored suggestions based on their preferences.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in apparel and accessories, presenting new products in a way that complements existing inventory.

Inventory Management and Merchandising:

  • Ensure the store is organized, clean, and well-stocked through daily checklists and participation in merchandising activities.
  • Assist with stock maintenance, receiving, processing, and transferring products as needed.
  • Participate in floor sets and ensure merchandise is presented attractively.

Loss Prevention:

  • Safeguard store assets and inventory by adhering to loss prevention protocols and reporting any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
