Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic, innovative, and enthusiastic Sales and Service Representatives to join the Equinox team at our cutting-edge location in Huntington Beach. This role is ideal for candidates eager to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and evolving organization.
The Sales and Service Representative delivers an exceptional and unparalleled customer experience to all visitors of Equinox and the Shop. They will follow guidance from the Shop Manager on business strategies and action plans to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to all company policies and procedures. Additionally, they will assist in the timely and accurate execution of operational tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Achieving assigned monthly sales targets (individual contribution to overall store goals)
- Providing an exceptional customer experience for all visitors to the Shop and Equinox
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products
- Consistently understanding and upholding all loss prevention and inventory management policies
- Ensuring personal understanding of all communication and training materials, assisting the Shop Manager with timely and accurate completion of operational tasks
- Assisting the Shop Manager to ensure that the Shop reflects the company brand standards through effective merchandising and marketing execution
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization on sales floors, at cash registers, and in stockrooms
- Building effective relationships and partnerships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients
- Keeping informed about developments and general practices in other departments to foster camaraderie and team spirit
- Adhering to and enforcing all company policies and procedures; supporting company initiatives
- Communicating clearly and effectively at all levels with tact and diplomacy

• Ability to take direction
• Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in retail
• Hardworking and diligent, demonstrating honesty and integrity
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Openness to utilizing new techniques and ideas
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of our unique retail environment
