Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Analyst to join our team at Partnership HealthPlan of California. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze HR metrics and data from various sources, including HR systems, employee surveys, exit interviews, and government labor statistics.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and patterns in HR data to inform business decisions and optimize HR strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve HR processes and outcomes.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support to HR teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data modeling and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to tell stories with data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
  • Experience with HRIS applications and leveraging HRIS data.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions, and maintain courtesy and composure. The ability to work at a computer terminal for 8+ hours/day is required, with frequent, repetitive motion including computer typing, sitting/standing for most of the day.
