Position Summary: Are you an exceptional communicator with a passion for achieving results? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can surpass expectations and create a significant impact? If so, this role on our outbound sales team may be the perfect fit for you. Our Inside Account Executive operates remotely in a high-volume sales setting, utilizing a proven and advanced sales methodology. Our innovative Kinetic sales processing technology is user-friendly and designed to maximize selling opportunities efficiently. Our Account Executives excel in a collaborative team atmosphere, and we encourage a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls in an engaging sales center environment.
  • Provide tailored solutions to both new and existing customers.
  • Update customer accounts using computer-based systems.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 PM - 9 PM ET, and Saturday 9 AM - 6 PM ET, with Sundays and either Wednesday or Thursday off. After six months, there is potential for an earlier schedule.
Qualifications:
  • Eagerness to acquire and maintain knowledge of products and services.
  • Ambition for high commissions alongside a competitive base salary.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Flexibility to work assigned hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

This is a remote position. Windstream requires virtual employees to maintain a distraction-free workspace with a minimum internet speed of 25 MBPS or higher. Preferred Attributes:

  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales.
