Position Details: Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for success? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can surpass expectations and create a significant impact? If so, our outbound sales team is looking for you. Our Inside Account Executive operates remotely in a high-volume sales setting, employing a proven and advanced sales strategy. Our new Kinetic sales processing technology is user-friendly and effectively maximizes selling opportunities. Our Account Executives flourish in a collaborative team atmosphere, and we encourage a fun work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls in an engaging sales center environment.
  • Provide tailored solutions to both new and existing clients.
  • Update customer accounts using computer-based systems.
  • Work Monday to Friday, from 12 PM to 9 PM ET, and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM ET, with days off on Sunday and either Wednesday or Thursday. After six months, there is an opportunity to transition to an earlier schedule.
Qualifications:
  • Eagerness to acquire and maintain knowledge of products and services.
  • Motivation for high commissions alongside a competitive base salary.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work assigned hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

This is a remote position. Windstream requires virtual employees to maintain a distraction-free workspace with a minimum high-speed internet connection of 25 MBPS or higher.
