About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Community Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with our global community, enhance our online presence, and drive brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow our global community membership and increase brand affinity.
  • Manage and moderate online discussions on various social media platforms, ensuring a high level of engagement and community participation.
  • Collaborate with the Global Community Manager team to create and implement content calendars, moderation plans, and community guidelines.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to attract, engage, and retain a Gen Z audience, driving sales and promoting new offerings from Lenovo.
  • Amplify community founders and contributors, recognizing and celebrating their achievements through various programs and initiatives.
  • Lead traffic to our community spaces, including social media, messaging, and CRM platforms.
  • Test and implement new features and functions on our Global Community platform, bringing new roadmap opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Engage with external stakeholders and partners to develop reward and points programs, as well as reverse-affiliate initiatives.
  • Report on social metrics, community engagement, and social experience, providing feedback and insights to leadership and partners.
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to continuously add value to our community, including creating new content, experiences, and resources.
  • Act as the face and voice of the Lenovo brand for our key segments, focusing on the Gen Z audience.
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness and drive community engagement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in social media, marketing, and/or communications.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing digital communities and managing online audience responses and messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
