We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Engineer to join our Global HRIS team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end Workday integration solutions, working closely with multiple stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

• Design and develop integration solutions using Workday Studio, Workday's API, EIB inbound/outbound, boomerang integration, and Workday reporting services.
• Implement software integration between various business applications and Workday, ensuring seamless data exchange and business process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and test integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration technical specifications, test plans, and unit testing.
• Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of software integrations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Adhere to defined change control and compliance procedures, ensuring governance standards are met.

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience in technology.
• 1+ years of experience in integration development, with a strong understanding of XML, XSLT, SOAP, WDSL, and XPATH.
• Familiarity with JAVA object-oriented, multi-threading, network, and other basic programming concepts, as well as micro-services, message queues, and other technologies.

• Experience in Workday HCM with Workday reporting writing skills.
• Skilled in designing, developing, and troubleshooting various types of Workday integrations.
• Experience in adding custom validations on Workday Business Process.
