We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Sales Operations Associate to join our team.


In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Global Sales Team by managing operational tasks, offering training and guidance on the technologies utilized by sales teams, and aiding in Salesforce reporting to deliver actionable insights that enhance sales performance.


You will work closely with various teams to optimize processes, improve data accuracy, and empower sales leaders with comprehensive reporting and analysis.

This position necessitates strong analytical abilities, a profound understanding of Salesforce, and the capacity to communicate effectively with sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage the resolution of incoming requests from the Sales organization, including Salesforce reporting and inquiries regarding sales processes and technologies.

Develop and generate Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators.
Prepare clear and concise presentations for sales leaders, emphasizing key findings, trends, and recommendations derived from data analysis.
Assist sales leaders in interpreting and understanding the implications of the data analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.
Continuously evaluate and enhance reporting processes and methodologies to streamline data analysis and reporting efficiency.
Support the planning and execution of processes, systems, and data projects to boost sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee the operational onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring seamless integration into sales systems and processes.

Provide training and guidance to sales team members on Sales Technologies and processes (including LinkedIn, Outreach, Salesforce, and DocuSign).


Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in Salesforce reporting and data analysis, preferably within a sales or business intelligence context.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting functionalities, including report creation, dashboards, and data manipulation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex sales data and derive actionable insights.
Proficient in crafting visually appealing and impactful presentations using tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Strong collaboration skills to effectively engage with Salesforce Admins and cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Exceptional communication skills to convey complex data findings to sales leaders in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.
Knowledge of sales processes and understanding of B2B sales is advantageous.
Administrative experience with Sales and Marketing tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Hubspot is a plus.
