Position Overview:
We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration Specialist.
This role is essential in assisting our sales team by managing various administrative functions to ensure efficient operations and outstanding customer service.
This position presents a valuable opportunity to engage in a collaborative setting and contribute to the effectiveness of our sales division.
Compensation:
$50,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
5% travel as necessary
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Administration Manager in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Address customer inquiries and deliver prompt and professional responses.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional initiatives.
Timely processing of purchase orders.
Support the sales team with follow-ups, including order confirmations and bookings.
Maintain and update customer profiles in the system.
Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry.
Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and regulatory policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
