Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with all Value brand leaders and product teams to innovate and develop new services aimed at enhancing Average Revenue Per Account (ARPA) across various brands.
  • Craft and execute brand-specific strategies to elevate customer plans by closely partnering with the base management team to establish loyalty strategies based on customer risk profiles.
  • Design a comprehensive program to promote upselling within the customer base, focusing on value propositions for new products, Value Added Services, and Insurance to foster retention and generate additional revenue.
  • Formulate and implement pricing strategies for Home services, connected devices, and product packaging, alongside upsell initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of end-to-end value proposition campaigns for the customer base, encompassing strategic direction, ideation, briefing, communication strategies, creative execution, and cross-functional implementation.
  • Engage with Finance, Revenue Assurance, Credit, and Legal departments to ensure alignment and approval of business cases and campaign requirements.
  • Guide and influence customer experience/user experience (CX/UX) and user journeys for existing customers specific to Prepaid Brands.
  • Conduct and utilize consumer market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform program design.
  • Design base campaign briefs for Value Added Services, Insurance, smartwatches, connected devices, and Home Internet.
  • Establish performance expectations for programs, develop financial business cases, and secure project approvals.
  • Lead marketing briefings for agency creative development concerning base campaigns, store merchandising, and digital/social media presence targeting the customer base.
  • Manage the Go-to-Market process, ensuring all internal communications and training requirements are met.
  • Translate functional value proposition plans into operational processes and oversee execution.
  • Develop creative resolutions to guide internal teams in execution.

In this position, you will have a defined work arrangement that includes both remote work and scheduled office days.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of six years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

  • MBA is highly preferred.
  • Five to seven years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Verizon's internal systems.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and managerial skills.
  • Experience in managing and influencing senior executive client relationships, with the ability to present insights effectively.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and tailor findings to the audience's interests.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with a defined work location that includes both remote work and a minimum of assigned office days each month.
