ResQ is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and help us take ResQ to the next level.

As a Senior Product Manager joining ResQ, you will support Restaurants in simplifying and streamlining their back of house (BOH) operation by building great software products that are simple to use. Restaurateurs are busy people and we seek to build the tools that will empower them to better manage their time and facilities expenses. As the PM, you play a pivotal role in building these great products for our customers.

What you will do:

  • Prioritization and Roadmapping: Define your product team’s priorities and roadmap to maximize value for our Restaurant customers.
  • Strategic execution: Execute on the vision for our Restaurant product at ResQ, including both what we offer and how we deliver value.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional priorities with teams including operations, product marketing, engineering, and data science to maximize value for our customers.
  • Processes: Implement product development processes that result in higher impact product releases, WOW customer experiences, and faster learning & development velocity.
  • Accountability: Be accountable for your product’s performance against company objectives and key metrics.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience taking software products from conception to successful launch outcomes.
  • 5+ years of work experience in fast-paced work environments.
  • You are analytical, and can make strategic, data-driven decisions. You have experience using Looker frequently and consider yourself a data pro
  • You are a good communicator, with proven ability to gain buy-in from critical stakeholders.
  • You are curious and dig in to understand the root cause of problems.
  • You are known as a top performer and contributor, and add value to your team.

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience working on software products related to Marketplaces or Restaurant Tech.
  • Highly proficient in data analytics tools, including pulling data via SQL.

Stage: A virtual interview with the Head of Product. Be prepared for more in-depth questions about your experience and skills.

Stage: This round will be a case study that we will ask you to prepare prior to the interview. We will ensure you have adequate time to prepare prior to scheduling you in for this round.

Stage: This is the final stage in the interview process and we will ask you to meet with our CEO, KJ. This will be an informal meeting and will give you an opportunity to learn more about ResQ’s vision and mission. KJ will also ask you some more questions and he will, of course, be able to answer any additional questions you might have.
