About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team at SC Johnson. As an Associate Manager, Access Management, you will be responsible for building and implementing IAM solutions, partnering with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the security and integrity of our access management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and implement IAM solutions, including directory services, identity governance, and access control.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements in all IAM processes and solutions.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and support for IAM-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IAM engineering, architecture, or implementation.
  • 3-5 years of experience and the ability to demonstrate experience in IAM concepts, principles, and technologies, such as directory services, identity lifecycle management, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
Preferred Experiences and Skills
  • Experience working with authentication and authorization standards and protocols (OpenID Connect, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, AD/LDAP, Federation, SSO).
  • Proven track record designing, building, and operating complex access models using deep understanding of industry standards such as RBAC/ABAC/PBAC.
  • Experience running services on top of a cloud computing platform (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP).
  • Deep experience with cloud-based IGA/IAM solutions.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
Job Requirements
  • Full-time work.
  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
  • Position may require limited travel within North America (may include overnight).
  • This position is not eligible for domestic relocation.
