Women's Health Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Women's Health Regional Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Clinical Account Specialists to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Women's Health Division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders, customers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans, product launches, and other initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams through change and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Experience working in the Women's Health Division or a related field.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries, including market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
