Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Women's Health Regional Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Clinical Account Specialists to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Women's Health Division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders, customers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans, product launches, and other initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the Women's Health Division or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Experience with sales planning, forecasting, and analysis.
