Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team as an Area Sales Director. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across a portfolio of hotels.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and other hotel stakeholders to ensure alignment with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share in a sales and marketing role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
