Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively represent and promote Citizen Cider within the market.
  • Facilitate tastings and samplings in trade settings.
  • Support on-premise promotions with engaging on-site activities.
  • Showcase Citizen Cider products effectively in the market.
  • Assist with programming at the account level.
  • Participate in festivals, trade shows, and various events on behalf of Citizen Cider.
  • Communicate brand values and cultivate relationships with key accounts as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure brand presentation aligns with guidelines and maximizes visibility within accounts.
  • Possess knowledge of social media strategies.
  • Coordinate public relations and social media efforts with the Citizen Cider Marketing Team.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • A passion for Vermont and its exceptional craft cider.
  • Experience in marketing and sales is advantageous.
  • A self-motivated team player who seeks effective solutions.
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours.
  • A valid state driver's license is required.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in marketing and/or communications.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a brand ambassador or in marketing roles.
