About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our team at Clean Harbors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service, including order procurement, suggestive selling, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, including profit expectations and customer referral goals.
  • Cultivate leads for larger, more complex accounts, and work with the outside sales team to drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on customer needs and initiatives, and apply our environmental solutions to support their business goals.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple software systems.
  • Previous sales experience a plus.
