Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to established policies and procedures, ensuring safe practices at all times.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service within the organization.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and service requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Execute detailed order management tasks, including account setup, waste profiling, routing, pricing, and invoice management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all Clean Harbors services to effectively promote them.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to relay customer feedback and service issues.
- Manage all accounts proactively and reactively, following departmental procedures.
- Uphold data integrity for proactive calling and milkrun programs.
- Complete specific tasks as assigned by management.

Central Customer Service Activities Include:
1. Account setup and modifications
2. Profile creation
3. Quoting and agreements
4. Scheduling
5. Order management
6. Compliance issue resolution

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Environmental Science preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
