Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure continuity and consistency in the delivery and quality of services, including nursing care, resident engagement, dining services, housekeeping, and general maintenance of the community.

  • Develop, implement, and administer a budget, ensuring food, supply, and labor costs are within budgeted parameters, and addressing expense variances.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or a related field
  • Three or more years of experience in the senior living industry
  • Demonstrated work experience in a supervisory role with increased levels of responsibility in operational activities
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations as related to Assisted Living and Memory Care communities
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and administer a set budget
  • Responsibility for compliance with workers' compensation program and OSHA requirements
