Key Responsibilities- Ensure continuity and consistency in the delivery and quality of services, including nursing care, resident engagement, dining services, housekeeping, and general maintenance of the community.
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families, promote effective communication, and address questions, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop, implement, and administer a budget, ensuring food, supply, and labor costs are within budgeted parameters, and addressing expense variances.
- Oversee all business-related activities, including bank deposits, rent recaps, monthly bills, payroll, and employee onboarding.
- Provide effective leadership to departmental leaders and their teams, upholding company policies, the Primrose Mission, and Core Values.
- Oversee employee performance, provide feedback, and apply disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies.
