Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Execution Director to join our team at Elevance Health. This role will be responsible for facilitating the execution of the Enterprise Plan to Win Portfolios, ensuring alignment with the multi-segment business model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor projects to ensure program milestones, deliverables, budget, and objectives are met.
  • Provide expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic views of enterprise dependency and program solution delivery.
  • Influence and provide leadership on external advocacy efforts.
  • Collaborate to utilize lean capabilities for projects, tools, and methodologies, ensuring timely execution of projects.
  • Provide strategic direction and continually refine consolidated roadmaps of initiatives.
  • Manage requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines, and coach on implementation requirements.
  • Create internal and external communication strategies, including responses to inquiries and requests for information from external parties.
  • Work across matrix teams to ensure changes are properly communicated and executed.
Requirements
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Must be Six Sigma certified (green/brown/black) to be considered for this position.
  • Prior execution or strategic planning, program management, and/or vendor management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Business knowledge in Government Health Benefits, including Grievances & Appeals and/or Enrollment Billing, is preferred.
  • MBA is preferred.
