  • Conducting annual policy reviews and explaining coverages to clients
  • Cross-selling bundling opportunities with existing clients
  • Processing customer policy change requests and endorsements
  • Handling incoming claim calls from customers
  • Discussing billing and taking payments from customers
Requirements:
  • A Property & Casualty Insurance license is preferred but will be obtained through training and licensing
  • Ability to obtain a Life and Health license within 60 days
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask, follow through, and follow up
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual
