We are in search of a proficient Marketo Specialist.

Position Summary:

  • Oversee the effective management of the marketing automation platform.
  • Collaborate with creative designers, software developers, and project coordinators to execute operational and programmatic initiatives.

Experience Required:

A minimum of 4 years in a relevant field.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven expertise in marketing automation.
  • Strong knowledge of database management best practices.
  • Familiarity with the Marketo Revenue Cycle Model.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Capable of managing projects independently and multitasking effectively.
  • Experience in executing targeted email campaigns and social media strategies.
  • Knowledgeable in database management and segmentation techniques.
  • Proficient in various Marketing Automation platforms, including Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot, and SFMC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement email marketing initiatives, focusing on segmentation and testing.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Marketing Automation with CRM systems.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and deliver performance insights to the marketing team.
  • Establish KPIs, generate reports, and assess campaign performance for ongoing enhancements.
  • Apply best practices, strategies, and industry standards in marketing automation activities.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve productivity, conversion rates, and overall program ROI.
  • Assist in marketing operations initiatives within Marketo and Salesforce.
