Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the field.

  • Proven expertise in marketing automation techniques.

  • Design and implement email marketing initiatives, focusing on segmentation and testing.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Marketing Automation with CRM systems.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and deliver performance insights to the marketing department.
  • Establish KPIs, generate reports, and assess campaign performance for ongoing enhancements.
  • Apply best practices, strategies, and industry standards in marketing automation activities.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve productivity, conversion rates, and program ROI.
  • Assist in marketing operations initiatives utilizing Marketo and Salesforce.
