JOB OVERVIEW:

The Coffee Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of beverage dispensing equipment, contributing to the overall success of our team at Circle K.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the team in achieving daily production, quality, and safety objectives.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and operational guidelines in daily tasks.
  • Receive and fulfill work orders through electronic communication.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions and safety workshops.
  • Support team efforts by achieving related outcomes as needed.
  • Foster a positive and secure work atmosphere for all team members.
  • Comply with state, federal, and corporate regulations.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools, including multimeters, to troubleshoot issues with hot beverage equipment, referencing service manuals for cost-effective repairs.
  • Complete all assigned tasks and necessary documentation.
  • Follow internal ticketing and work tracking systems diligently.
  • Communicate professionally with customers at all levels, demonstrating a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Provide training on equipment as required to ensure high-quality beverage delivery.
  • Maintain service vehicles and inventory in accordance with company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience with hot beverage dispensing systems is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer and smartphone proficiency; must own a smartphone.
  • Valid driver's license and insurability as a driver.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
