As a vital member of our team at Circle K, the Coffee Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our hot beverage dispensing equipment. This position is designed for individuals who are dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in their work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the team in achieving daily production, quality, and safety objectives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and operational guidelines in daily tasks.
- Manage and complete work orders efficiently.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions and safety workshops.
- Contribute to team success by achieving related goals.
- Foster a positive and secure workplace atmosphere.
- Comply with all relevant state, federal, and company regulations.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, including multimeters, to troubleshoot hot beverage equipment effectively.
- Complete all assigned tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow internal ticketing and work tracking systems diligently.
- Communicate professionally with customers and deliver exceptional service.
- Provide necessary equipment training to ensure quality beverage service.
- Maintain service vehicle and inventory in accordance with company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience with hot beverage dispensing systems is preferred.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency is required.
- Valid driver's license and insurability as a driver.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work independently.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including:
- Lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs.
- Pushing and pulling with a force of up to 30 lbs.
- Crouching, stooping, and climbing ladders as necessary.
- Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
- Working in varying temperature conditions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment is characterized by:
- Moderate noise levels.
- Natural and fluorescent lighting.
- Minimal supervision with the expectation of self-direction.
