POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Office Manager at Jeff Sand - State Farm Agent, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our agency operates smoothly and efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage incoming calls and assist clients visiting the agency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate clients about available insurance products.
  • Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring it is equipped to meet customer needs and promote relevant services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
  • Familiarity with Windows applications.
  • Capable of collaborating effectively to achieve agency objectives.
  • Able to excel in a dynamic work environment.
  • Possession or ability to obtain Property and Casualty License.
  • Possession or ability to obtain Life and Health License.
