This role is designed for individuals aspiring to transition into the service area of the automotive field. Our dealership boasts a structured and efficient apprenticeship program tailored for those keen on becoming skilled technicians. The position of Automotive Service Support Specialist serves as the gateway to this apprenticeship opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely maneuver vehicles from the service drive to designated parking areas for technicians.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors.
- Ensure loaner vehicles are kept in pristine condition.
- Coordinate the pickup and delivery of parts for the Parts Department.
- Assist the Service Department in various capacities as required.
