Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Blaze Restoration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and has excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory effectively.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
  • Assist with social media content creation and management.
  • Make travel arrangements for senior staff, including booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
  • Ensure polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated urgency and efficiency in task completion.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
