Job Purpose

A Sales Representative at NAPA Auto Parts promotes our products and service lines, building relationships with commercial customers to establish us as the premier auto parts supplier in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with store teams and customers.
  • Visit customers at their shops and farms to understand their needs.
  • Coordinate outside sales activities among multiple stores.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify new customers and revenue opportunities.
  • Lead promotions at stores or on customer premises.
