Key Responsibilities- Process patient forms and letters as directed by providers for the OBGYN Service Line
- Mail and fax documentation
- Scan documents to our electronic medical record system
- Complete daily tasks in your inbox
- Locate and retrieve patient demographic forms when requested
- Cross-train and work in all processes as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex systems
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8:30am-5:30pm, with occasional overtime as required
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day
- Service center environment with moderate noise levels due to representatives, computers, printers, and floor activity
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23.94 per hour, based on various factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to your salary, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution, subject to eligibility requirements.
