Job Summary:
Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Northern Westchester Hospital as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) and X-ray procedures for inpatient and emergency department patient volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate advanced imaging equipment, including GE CT Scanners and Carestream/X-ray units.
- Utilize Carestream X-Ray ED Room and Carestream PACS/Medicalis Technologist worklist.
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Work in a dynamic hospital environment with a focus on delivering excellent patient outcomes.
- Shift flexibility with required weekend availability.
Requirements:
- Current ARRT(R)(CT) certification.
- Preferred: NYS IV Certification.
- Ability to perform both CT and X-ray procedures.
