Job Title: Speech Therapist
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. As a Speech Therapist at Andwell Health Partners, you will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, providing speech and language therapy services according to the standards of practice outlined by the American Speech and Hearing Association.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify client needs, developing personalized plans of care that incorporate goals consistent with their age, condition, and needs.
- Implement client care plan activities, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment goals as necessary.
- Continually assess the effectiveness of interventions, evaluating client outcomes and making adjustments to improve results.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Certification of Clinical Competency from a speech accredited institution as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
- Current Speech Language Pathologist License in the State of Maine.
- Current CPR Certification.
