The Program Manager will oversee the effective management and administration of all efforts performed under the task order. This includes managing personnel and staffing, allocating and scheduling resources, and coordinating with Government management and technical resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of tasks.
  • Manage and maintain administrative support for all tasks under the task order.
  • Oversee contracted personnel and subcontracted resources used in the performance of the contract.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience.
  • Experience with U.S. Navy Boat's/Combatant Craft.
  • Familiarization with U.S. Navy Boat Alteration (BOAT ALT) and Liaison Action Report (LAR) Modernization packages.

Certification or Training Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Office).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent PM experience.

Security Clearance:

  • Secret.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree desired, not required.
