Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Program Manager to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a defense mission professional, you will be responsible for creating solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. You will bring your consulting, analytical, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise to work on projects for Command Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the client.
  • Be a trusted advisor to our clients, identifying, analyzing, and evaluating complex systems, policies, processes, or instrumentation related to foreign threats or alliance security as part of joint missions.
  • Guide the work we do for the client and the solutions we deliver for the alliance defense strategy.

Requirements:
  • Experience in infrastructure project design or implementation.
  • Experience in Program Management, including working with the NATO Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance Model for capability development and implementation.
  • Experience working in a national defense organization, a multinational organization, or NATO.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Program or Project Management certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability with substantial personal responsibility.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively work in a cross-group collaborative environment, quickly understand the needs of HQ SACT and support the collective effort to reach the fixed objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a multi-national and multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to maintain awareness of developing trends and understand the implications of new concepts and technologies, to assess or evaluate risks.
  • Ability to use contemporary office tools, including MS Office and communication systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
