Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Alarm Monitor Supervisor to join our team at Constellis. As a key member of our telecommunications center, you will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch operations of our FPS MegaCenters, ensuring the highest level of quality control and continuity in our emergency response efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of our dispatch team, ensuring that all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures are followed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of dispatch personnel, providing feedback and guidance to improve their skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that dispatchers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including dispatch logs, incident reports, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination in emergency response efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our emergency response capabilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a 911 dispatch or similar function in an emergency call center.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of public safety functions, concerns, and laws, as well as experience with emergency communication systems and software.
  • Supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of dispatchers.
