Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of Fire Alarm Technicians and Inspectors. This role combines office management with hands-on field support, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a positive and supportive team environment, fostering continuous learning and professional development for technicians and inspectors.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective management of Service T&M, Contracts, and Repair initiatives.
  • Oversee the preparation of small repair quotes, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Promote a culture of quality excellence, exceeding customer expectations in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve profitable business outcomes.
  • Maintain optimal readiness of tools and vehicle fleet for the field team.
  • Prioritize the health and safety of team members through comprehensive training programs and regular audits.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of new employees.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fire alarm and building technology, coupled with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • NICET II certification or higher in Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • 1+ year of experience supervising employees.
  • Ability to interpret and understand customer service contracts.
